Binnen deze setting zult u zich thuis voelen, want wij zijn chique maar nooit stijf. Ook regelmatig eenvoud & classy, dat zijn dan ook begrippen die wij omarmen. Vergaderen in Utrecht kunt u doen in onze zalen en ruimte van diverse omvang. Wij ontvangen zowel grote groepen met een capaciteit tot 150 personen als kleine intieme groepen. Hierin hebben wij de luxe om onze gasten te voorzien van maar liefst 13 zalen en diverse terrassen met ieder een unieke en eigen geschiedenis. Onze culinaire invullingen van de vergaderingen in Utrecht worden verzorgd door onze bistro of ons door ons restaurant Karel 5. Wij hanteren hierbij twee prijsniveaus, namelijk: een bistronomische of gastronomische invulling. Hierbij serveren wij op de zelfde hoogwaardige kwaliteit als dat u van ons gewend bent. Gezellig informeel vergaderen in Utrecht onder het genot van een biertje kan natuurlijk ook! En daarnaast beschikken onze zalen ook over modern audiovisuele apparatuur met grote schermen en draadloze verbinding. A must for meetings in Utrecht is our Gulden Vlieskamer which dates from 1450 and was previously used as a vault, dungeon or as an archive. A nice detail is that the hatch with the ‘letterbox’ was at the bottom of the tower. This allowed bats to fly in and out of the tower.
De kamer, dat uitkijkt op de Officierstuin, biedt een bijzondere gelegenheid voor het tekenen van bijvoorbeeld contracten of een viering hiervan in Utrecht. Daarnaast kun je ook onze refter huren; dit is een middeleeuwse eetzaal met een gigantisch hoog plafond en een prachtige vloer.
